Rinnegan will not be in-game for players, it will be events and admins only for now
Later on we will decide whether or not to let rinnegan come into the fold but for now, it will NOT be in-game for players to use.

| Suggestion: Maybe u could use the rinnegan in a certain mainstory instance or something. And make it only playable in that instance that is a part of the main-story line .If u know what I mean. In the open world nobody should be granted the power to have it. |

| Eh, thats weak. We should atleast have EMS in there, maybe not in the alpha, but definetly in the final release. I think that you can only use Amaterasu twice before your completely depleted of your chakra. Tsukuyomi once, and Susanoo when you only have 5% health left. |

| Only thing that is a "must" is for Uchihas to have the ability to get sharingan anything more is just whatever and would be nice to have. |

Im saying if u want it to be exactly like naruto then half of the things in there will be invalid to use.
