Well i think this is a theme i never read here so here i go, some suggestions for Raids.

• Defeat One-Tail
  
• Defeat Two-Tails
  
• Defeat Three-Tails
  
• Defeat Four-Tails
  
• Defeat Five-Tails
  
• Defeat Six-Tails
  
• Defeat Seven-Tails
  
• Defeat Eight-Tails
  
• Defeat Nine-Tailed
  
• Defeat 6 Pains
  
• Defeat all Akatsuki teams, Sasori & Deidara, Itachi Uchiha & Kisame Hoshigaki, Kakuzu & Hidan, Tobi & Zetsu.
  
• Defeat Furido's 4-Man Team, map could be Earth Release: Wheel of Fortune, and the other mobs could be zumbies with Earth Release Resurrection Technique: Corpse Soil.
  
• Defeat Three Wandering Ninja (Ishidate, Karenbana, Kongō), raid in Land of the Moon.
  
• Defeat Sound Four (Sakon and Ukon, Jirōbō, Kidōmaru, Tayuya).
  
• Defeat Team Oboro ( Low level )
  

This is some Raids i think could be in the game tell me more to add here if you have more ideas ^^

No is Sound 4 Ukon and Sakon count like one, and whats the problem be a filler, fillers and movies be part of anime or not?

Sound 5. Kimimaru Kaguya counts as the fifth member.

Raids be part of MMO, all good MMO have a open world style and some raid to gain new items, in this case we can be looted some scrools with new jutsus, weapons or something like that...

I actually like that idea, except for the tailed beasts.
