will you be able to work in the hospital of your village? what kind of healing will be in the game?
will medical ninja be dangerous when in combat? (kabuto is an example of one)

Well i think it will be like in the other games, if you see in anime Tsunade, Sakure, Kabuto are healers but can fight too so i think the could figth ( with low damage then other) and heal some guys on battle field...

Tsunade have VERYYY BIG "Power" yeah i agree, but she's a hokage and you dont expect every medical ninjutsu in the game to be as strong..

Yea' and she is the descendant of The First hokage,so she is naturally a little stronger

As far as working in hospitals in villages, I doubt that needs to happen. In my opinion all players should be able to recover health naturally over time, like in normal mmos. Though for the sake of this game they can slow down the process and not make it as quick as other mmos.

I think medical ninjutsu, should be available for everyone to learn only once. And whoever learns is able to successfully finish learning medical ninjutsu the first time should be considered a medical ninja. If someone fails the "Medical ninja test", then they can never become a medical ninja. I think this keeps the amount of medical ninja down as multiple medical ninjas running around would really cut down on the prestige of being one. (Also in the show only a few characters are even medical ninjas along with some other fodder medical ninja).

As for medical ninjutsu uses, I think there should be some kind of hierarchy in what I like to call the "Medical Ninjutsu System".

Healing Palm Technique- The most basic med ninjutsu technique, that is able to heal the wounds of others in exchange for chakra. However, can't heal affliction damage (poisons)

Chakra Scapel- An offensive type of medical ninjutsu that damages opponents.

Body Pathway Derangement- Another offensive type of medical ninjutsu, that disables and stuns the opponent.

Poison Gas- A cloud of poisonous gas used to afflict opponents with poison.

Affliction Extraction Jutsu- Able to remove the afflictions of a teammate or ally.

Reanimation Jutsu (Not Orochimaru's Technique)- Able to revive a fallen teammate, in exchange for all of your chakra and health.

Creation Rebirth/Strength of a Hundred Jutsu- The pinnacle of Medical ninjutsu, that allows the player to constantly regenerate health, at the cost of chakra.
