I hope we can summon an eagle in the game.anyway I think you need to sign the summoning scroll and then master the justu by doing quests,and then a master will teach you the justu.

I think maybe you become a Jonin you pick either Jiraya, Orochimaru, Tsunade, or Sasuke. Then you complete a certain amount of quests, they give you a scroll wonce your done with all of your quests, and then you can summon.
Controlling a summoned being is a whole nother issue lol.

My will be a shark or some piranhas... About the way to get i think it can be two diferent ways, by teaching like Jiraya teach naruto using frogs or like Kakashi how took care of the dogs from small, finding the animal and make a contract with them...
