I think so and I think you can learn skills from them.

that would be awesome. i think that they should add random books with jutsus or blue prints for weapons around the world. then the player who finds it would be able to lean that jutsu or find the blueprint to be able to make the weapon. then then the book would disappear so that no one can find that book in that location.
