We think that us, as users, want a say in bans and unbans. For one thing, I want zNiff back. He was cool and collected and brought humor to the chatbox and the forum. Unban? I think yes. If anyone agrees or wants a say in banning/unbanning just comment!

I agree with this,some people are get banned for no reason at all.
Also I'd like zNiFF to be unbanned.

I have nothing to say on the ZNIFF matter, as I was not around when that went down.

But what I CAN tell you is that you will not be given a say in bans.

So what are you meaning to say,that even if the WHOLE User side of the forums agree that a member should be un-banned,the team/mods will STILL not un-ban him right ? (If they don't want to ?)

Will depend on the why and the who.

So let's say that someone bans me for a existing reason,and someone bans someone else for a Non-Existing reason,that someone will rather Un-Ban me just because he likes me more ?
Because that's the "Who" part.

And Most of the bans i have seen here were just for annoying the Mod's/Team,and not for a justifiable reason.

The zNiFF problem is something sanityy will have to deal with because none of us were around for it, also his "Cool and collected" ended up with him insulting multiple users when no one else was around, I dont see how thats "cool and collected"

The community vote system will not work, for 2 reason

1. We already have 6 mods to vote on this type of stuff

2. Community could have the possibility of favoritism, and as mods we cant allow something like that

We will not ban/un-ban someone because of someone liking/hating someone else, that is just plain stupid

Also for the "Why" portion, we have only ever put bans on people who have been coming in and trying to mess up the forums, no one else has done anything to deserve a ban, so why you are all freaking out about something that hasnt happened is beyond me.

It has happened,it still is happening,ZniFF is still Banned.

Name one other person than zNiFF that has been banned, that hasnt tried to screw the forums up

Other that him I havent seen anyone thats been banned

Going by your logic, someone should be getting banned right now, right?

Plus, only Sanity knows what the deal is with zNIFF being banned.

If the Majority of Community wants someone un-banned he should be un-banned.

Thats a different matter from voting on bans/un-ban

When there is an actual majority of the forums that wants someone unbanned, not 5-10 people, then we will decide what to do
