It seems like the actual forum got hacked by Takira, who has now Admin rights, and he booted Ashess and Dracul's Admin rights.

This forum isn't bad.

For now, it works. But the inner workings of it are a huge MESS, soon as we get a new name figured out (which will happen in the meeting this Sunday) we will be creating a new forum.
As much as I would like to stay here, fixing this forum up would actually take MORE work than creating a new one.
Plus, things such as the old SG shuriken icons etc are on my computer, so those can go on the new forum.

Rising can mean: Organized opposition to authority; a conflict in which one faction tries to wrest control from another. Aka, a rebellion/uprising.

As this game builds upon several shinobi factions in conflict, trying to get most power and control, Shinobi Risings fits perfectly fine. It might also refer to multiple counts of rebellions/uprisings, which would also fit.
