How will this come into play?

when the game first starts, will all the sensi be npc and then later on more experience players will be leader of 3 genins?

will the npc sensi teach us jutsu based on the element or type that we individually choice?


like element is fire/water/earth/lighting/wind
and fighting type is ninjutsu/genjutsu/taijutsu.

if we don't choose an element, will we get more advance and exclusive moves to our fighting
style. like genjutsu and taijutsu?

Its very cute think like that in real life but how could you do that in game, w8 you could but is not easy because is not advantage do that only for gennins, gennis will just do a basic missions from the start and it will be easy go to chunnin exam so i think is not advantege implement that...

You know what would be pretty cool? If someone thats playing NS has the rank of jounin and is called upon to, by themselves, train a genin everything they know. Wouldn't that be nice?

That's (IMO) A MUST for any Naruto game.

Yea i think this is what must be in game couse it is sensei that make you stronger and teach you basics and jutsus

There is a game called Tales of Pirates & it has a mentor and disciple system. Basicly the mentor helps them level up until a certain level and they got points for it, but it was optional to do that. It should be the same in this game.

Also for squads... IMO i think having a fixed squad is stupid. Say you need to do an A rank mission & your teammates are offline. Are you supposed to wait? No instead you should just be able to put a squad together with people in the village or friends at any given time, or try to do it alone which would be quite hard i'm assuming.

Okay here's my idea.
Since when the game's first released there won't be many jonins around,so what I was thinking is that until there is a certain amount of jounins in a village,genins will have to either be under an npc jonin (atleast till a jonin is available) or go find some other sensei (like naruto found jiraya etc).

Yeah the fixed squads arent smart, you should just find a party. And as for the jonin idea, Tobi's right, until a certain number of people get to Jonin, we need NPC's.

EDIT: I think all of your senseis should be NPCs actually. Atleast until we have a legit system where users train other users.

Without the sensei/student thing the start of the game loses the Entire Naruto feeling

Well i think there should defintetely be a sensei sytem but i feel that in the beginning it should be npc senseis. If and when players become jounin and want to become senseis then we can get rid of the npc senseis. Or we can have a mixture of both. If people want an npc sensei they can apply for one or if they want an actual player sensei they can apply for one as well (or be chosen randomly).

Its a good idea but i wonder how the developers are going to come about it seeing as we have little say in the matter. tbh i believe it will always be npc senseis but you can be mentored by another player

This doesn't really matter since I think one mod said there isn't going to be "levels". Mission would probably be for money,items etc. Also there's solo missions.

Who said the squads would be permanent? A lot of squads break up eventually. How about you only get a fixed squad if you join the academy, and that squad has the option to break up at any time?

I think that this is very important. We should have an assigned squad with a master. If everyone is present, then we can do the mission together and get bonus experience to level up our squad.

If someone is away, they can be replaced with a new person and we can level up a new squad. When that person returns, we can go back to our old squad or keep this new one and leave that person out.

A squad would mean a combination of four players. It can be levelled up and we can learn team jutsus with a high level squad (like InoShikaCho).

First, there will be no levels if I recall one of the mods saying so. And second, the chances of all of your squad members being online at the same time is like 3/3000 chance(theyll be like 3000 people allowed in the first server). I think we should too, considering it goes better with the anime itself. But, if you look at it at a bigger perspective, it will be a lot harder for people to accomplish tasks, even if there are solo missions.

IMO squad thing should be like this.When your team mate is offline you can go borrow somebody from other squad's for that mission that you have trouble with and then when you finish the mission that player that you borrow from squad is returning back to his squad like nothing really happend i mean we have that in anime when sasuke left team 7 they were borrowing other people from other squads.

How about always having the ability to change squads. Instead of creating "partys" we now create "squads" With the leader being whoever created it. Then you go and do whatever you want and you can see them on your minimap/world map
