The Sharingan is going to be very hard to actually achieve fully.
Why?
The only Uchiha we see in Naruto are the MOST powerful Uchiha to ever live.
It takes time for the Uchiha to even unlock their sharingan let alone "unlock" the higher lvls and abilities.

I would want Kushina's chakra chains and an overall advantage when it comes to sealing techniques (Uzumaki bloodline, basically). Also there should be a wide variety of sealing techniques, most of which don't have to be all that powerful. They can be extremely helpful though and even save your life if you're in a bad situation. Storage seals, seals to store weapons anywhere, small chakra boost seals that can only activate once a week or something, things of that sort.

It is not hard to unlock the sharingan in naruto.. Most of them get it around puberty.

Maybe you would have to give up a jutsu type and get it replaced with the abilty to open the gates.
