Hello! We all know that we probably will get our jutsus in game from npc(trainers) or maybe learn them in the liblary, so i thought, what if you can get new jutsus from scrolls that you can get from raid-boss, mobs or by completing missions.
So here what I think, from trainers you can get only unique jutsus and skills. For example: guys from aburame clan can learn "bug wall jutsu". But besides unique jutsus every ninja has his own element, like katon, futon,doton etc. so in library you can learn some basic element-jutsu, this jutsu is not unique because ninja from aburame clan can have katon and uchiha can have katon too and they both can learn katon: Goukakyuu no jutsu.So in library you can learn only 3 - 4 element-jutsus, but you will want more powerful jutsus. And I decided that it will be more interesting if you can get new element-jutsus from scrolls. If you get scroll that you dont need you can sell it or just trade it for scroll that you need (that match with your element). People will trade, comunicate, they will be trying to get rare scrolls with forbidden jutsus. I think this will be awesome!

Actually that is one of main ways to learn jutsus in game....so that idea already in game^^

Would it be possible to steal scrolls, like how Naruto stole the scroll that taught him shadow clone jutsu?
